Going to cat cafes can provide a therapeutic effect. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee and relax watching these cool beautiful felines sleeping or you can take photos with it. There are a lot of cat cafes in Japan with even a cat village.  

Cats are among the top sleepers in the animal kingdom. They spend two-third of their life sleeping. Cats sleep about 16 hours a day.

There are a lot of land and sea attractions in Pulau Langkawi. Some of the land attractions are Crocodile farm, Kilim geoforest park, Galleri Perdana, Mahsuri Tomb, Underwater World aquarium, Dataran Lang, Argriculture park (Taman Mardi) and many others which some becoming more of souvenir center such as the Beras Terbakar (burnt rice) and hot springs. The sea attractions are Pulau Payar marine park, coral island tour, with plenty of snorkelling, diving, surfing, para-sailing and unspoilt natural beaches not yet encroach by concrete jungle.

I am glad I took the Kilim Karst Geoforest Park day tour. It was on 9 Jun 2014, supposed to be very hot and dry in Malaysia, but suddenly it was raining in Pulau Langkawi. Well, unpredictable weather! This tour includes mangrove swamp cruise, eagle feeding, mouth of river, bat cave, crocodile cave(subject to tide), fish farm, and open sea round island cruise.  It cost RM140 per pax, including a cable car ride in Oriental Village. It started from hotel pickup at 9.00 am to be transferred to Kilim Geoforest Park jetty and finished around 6 pm with lunch included.

Pulau Langkawi is one of the many beautiful islands off the west coast of Peninsula Malaysia. There are a total of 99 islands with the main island Pualu Langkawi  consisting of 478.5 sq. km. There are still idyllic rural homes among jungle clad hills. Natural pristine beaches, fine sands and swaying coconut trees is synonymous in most tropical islands, but in Pulau Langkawi one can witness the wild Eagles feeding! 

Eagles feeding. It was raining so I was lucky to see about 8 eagles, should be about 20-30 eagles on normal days.

There are over 500 species of wild eagles and it is a common sight of eagles flying around in this island. Therefore, it is correctly stated as still not over developed by Lonely Planet .

Pada saya, Tam Coc, Ninh Binh adalah salah satu destinasi yang wajib bagi semua pelancong ke Hanoi. Perjalanan dari Hanoi ke Ninh Binh mengambil 4 jam dengan kereta. Di Ninh Binh, dua tempat yang saya mengunjungi ialah Bich Dong Pagoda dan Tam Coc.

Yang istimewa di Tam Coc  ialah perjalanan dengan sampan selama 2 jam dengan melalui gua (grotto).  Kesemuanya ada 3 Gua dan yang paling kecil adalah 20m lebar dan kurang dari 2m dari permukaan air. (Rujuk: Vietnam Beauty)
Sampan yang saya duduki ini di kayuh dengan mengguna tenaga kaki dan bukan tangan! Wanita ini bersandar ke belakang serta menggunakan kedua-dua kaki sahaja mengayuh sampan ini.

Hanoi adalah destinasi popular kerana bandarnya unik. Bandar Hanoi penuh dengan kedai-kedai yang menjual souvenir dan jalan-jalan yang sangat sibuk serta sempit.

Saya melawat Bandar Hanoi, Ninh Binh- Tam Coc, Mai Chau dan Perfume Pagoda dalam tempoh 9 hari. 

My holiday in Hanoi , Vietnam :Part 1

Hanoi is a popular destination and I met lots of tourists from many different countries. Package tours normally offer 5 days 4 nights, but I would suggest adding 3 -5 days more so that we will be able to see more with the same flight fare. I took the tour package and extend 4 days on my own. I went to Mai Chau for 2 days and Perfume Pagoda a day tour and last day is a shopping day.

My first imperssion of Hanoi is the buildings are tall and narrow

The streets are in the main tourist area of Old Quarters and Hoan Kiem are full of tourist pedestrians, motorcycles and vans. The noise level is high with honking from motorcycles.

Sekolah SMK taman desa akan bermula dengan jadual waktu baru mulai 8 Feb 2012.
Semoga semua warga SMKTD boleh menjalankan tugas dengan keadaan selesa.
Murid-murid juga boleh dengan baik selepas pokok yang tumbang telah ditebang.
